Bailey Hilmes is a dynamic creative marketing professional. Graduating with a degree in audio engineering from Webster University, Bailey's journey into the world of media and marketing began with a keen understanding of sound and its impact on storytelling.


Currently pursuing her Master's in New Media Production, Bailey is set to graduate in May 2024, further enriching her skill set and knowledge in the ever-evolving landscape of digital media.


Presently, Bailey thrives as a social media manager at Elder Emo Company, a small business nestled in the heart of St. Louis. Here, she combines her expertise in marketing with her love for all things nostalgic, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate deeply with the brand's audience.

  • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for an organization’s social media accounts.

My Role in the collaboration

I was the principal content creator and website designer in this collaborative project. The objective was to recreate the essence of a Myspace profile from the early 2000s. The website aimed to evoke a sense of nostalgia, a goal I believe was achieved to perfection. Moreover, the content posted on Instagram and TikTok was aligned with the Myspace theme, ensuring consistency with Jessica's brand identity.

Danger Party

Elder Emo Co collaborated with Danger Party, a St. Louis emo cover band, to create a shirt for their event, Emo Night Live! The shirt is named Cry Hard Party Harder and is sponsored by The Midwestern, Una Vida Tequila, Elder Emo Co, and Weekend at Baudy’s

My Role in the collaboration

I was the principal content creator and website designer in this collaborative project. I also contributed to setting up a photoshoot and organizing content promotion across Elder Emo Co and Danger Party’s social media platforms. I also worked the booth during Emo Night Live, selling products to consumers.

Targeted Advertisement

This is an example of an advertisement ran for our Solar Eclipse Sale starting Friday and ending Tuesday. The ad was created to ride the hype of the solar eclipse and boost sales.

The ad was projected to reach 1.5k-4.5k accounts through Meta’s original targeted audience. I used our data from the website to generate a custom-targeted audience.


The audience targeted was adults 18-45 years old residing in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia interested in pop-punk or emo bands such as Blink-182, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, and Panic! at the Disco.


Using this target audience generated 12.4K impressions, 791 website visits, and 8.5K accounts reached.
